At the company Hit Alpinea, we decided to color one of the significant branches of our mission green. That is, green in our wish to become a sustainable company increasing our corporate social responsibility. On the basis of many suggestions and opinions, we decided to pick the English Travelife Environmental Scheme to represent us to the general public, i.e. You.

 

We are committed to implementing certain green activities that are friendly to the environment, employees, guests and the society we live in.

 

You, our dear guest, will become a part of our vision by visiting us at the hotel and we want you to help us realize our green ideas.
 

1. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:

To reduce the quantity of communal waste by 3% per year in relation to the number of overnight stays on an annual level in 2019, 2020 and 2021 – by 15 December 2021
To increase recycling by employees – by 10 October 2021
To reduce the amount of plastic packaging used in providing services by 1% per year in 2019, 2020 and 2021 – by 15 December 2021
To reduce the quantity of organic waste by 3% per year in 2019 in 2020 and 2021 in relation to overnight stays on an annual level – by 15 December 2021.
To reduce the costs of water by 1% per year in 2019, 2020 and 2021 by 15 December 2021
We aim to acquire a Certificate of Sustainability for Kompas Hotel and Ramada Hotel & Suites by the end of 2021.
 

2. POLICY ON ENSURING GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS AND RESPECTING HUMAN RIGHTS (including children's rights).

To increase customer satisfaction from 7.8 to 8.2 – by 15 December 2021
 

3. POLICY ON COOPERATION WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY

To increase the share of locally produced food by 1% per year in 2019, 2020 and 2021 – by 15 December 2021
 

4. QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

In the future, the hotel aims to become an exemplary hotel that provides high-quality services, is connected to the local community, and in doing so acts in a socially responsible manne
