Supplements:
- Tourist tax, registration, and insurance: adults 3,50 € per person per day, children aged 7 to 18 years - 1,75 € per person per day
- Use of a double room as a single room: 35,00 EUR per room per day

Cancelation policy and general terms
Cancellation policy:
- Reservations need to be insured with a 50% advance payment on our bank account or guaranteed with a credit card (type, owner, number, and validity). The rest of the payment is payable at reception.
- Up to 5 days prior to arrival: no cancellation costs
- Less than 5 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- No show: 100% cancellation fee
General Conditions:
- All bookings are subject to availability. The special offer is valid for a limited number of rooms
- Services can be used during the stay and cannot be exchanged for money
- We reserve the right to change the content and prices without prior notice
- The offer is not valid during congresses and seminars, festivals, and major events
- The rates include VAT
- Discounts are not cumulative / discounts exclude each other
- Hit Alpinea Ltd. does not assume responsibility for non-operation or reduced operation of facilities or premises owned by other providers due to the organization of competitions and events, lack of snow or adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, and these are not reasons for a refund, discount claim, or extension of the validity of the ticket
- Additional beds (baby cot, beds suitable for children less than 6 years, and additional bed for the 3rd adult person) are possible only in some types of rooms and according to the availability (reservation is necessary). When an additional bed is in use, the room area gets smaller and movement in it is limited.
