- What’s the weather in your location?
You can check the current weather at:
- When is the check-in time on the day of arrival and the check-out time on the day of departure?
Your room will be available after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure (until 10 a.m. for Vitranc apartments). Early arrival and late departure from the hotel depend on room availability and are subject to a 40% charge of the room price (if you are ±4 hours early or late).
- Where can I check in and get the keys for Vitranc Apartments?
Please check in and get your keys at the reception of Ramada Hotel & Suites (at Borovška cesta 93).
- What does the apartment include?
The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, balcony and a bedroom with two or three beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. All the apartments are equipped with wireless internet access, cable TV, a microwave, fridge and stationary telephone. There is also basic kitchenware, towels and bed linen.
- When and where can I park?
Our guests are free to use the car park in front of the hotel depending on availability, throughout their stay from check-in to check-out time. At the entrance to the car park, there is an entry gate, which automatically opens when your licence plate has been scanned, so please provide us with your licence plate number in time, before your arrival.
- Where can I store my baggage after checking out if I am going to stay on at the pool?
We will be happy to store your personal luggage while you are using our hotel wellness and swimming pool services. Please make arrangements for storage before or after checking out at the reception.
- When is breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Breakfast is between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Lunch is between 12 (noon) and 2 p.m.*
Dinner is between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
* Lunch is at one of the hotels and is only available by prior arrangement.
- What is the surcharge for an additional meal?
An additional afternoon meal (lunch or dinner) costs €16.00 per person per day (children 6–12: 50% discount; free for under 6’s).
The surcharge for breakfast at the hotel restaurant is €10 per person per day (children 6–12: 50% discount; free for under 6’s).
- Do you have special diet food and gluten-free meals?
Our hotel offers a wide variety of food, including vegetarian meals. For people who have allergies or special diets, meals can be tailored to your personal requirements by prior announcement (at check-in).
- Are bathrobes and towels included in the price?
The fee for using a bathrobe is €5.00 per use, and you can borrow towels for the swimming pool at the reception for a fee of €2.00 per towel.
- What are the opening hours of the swimming pools and saunas?
Aqua Larix (Ramada Resort) is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the Kompas relaxation centre is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The saunas open at 2 p.m. in the summer, and at 12 p.m. (noon) in the winter.
- What is the water temperature in the swimming pools?
Swimming pool temperatures range from 29 to 31 degrees Celsius.
- Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at Hotel Kompas and in the Vitranc Apartments, but only in certain rooms. The surcharge for pets is €15.00/day and prior announcement is required.
- Can I store my bicycle/ski equipment at your hotel?
All our facilities have a secure room with a lock where you can keep your bike and ski equipment for no extra charge during your stay. For more information, please contact the hotel reception.
- Can I rent a bicycle/ski equipment from you?
Bikes and ski equipment can be rented at Intersport Bernik, where our hotel guests enjoy a 10% discount on the rates for renting mountain bikes and ski equipment.
- Is electric charging available for bicycles and cars?
Electric charging for bicycles is available in the bicycle shed. If you have a large number of bicycles, please let us know in advance so that a sufficient number of connections can be prepared. For charging electric cars, the company offers 4 charging stations. Reservation is not possible. The charging stations can only be used by our hotel and apartment guests.
- Do you have a laundry service?
We have a laundry service, and there is a price list and a laundry bag in every room.
- Is there internet at the hotel?
Our hotel offers free use of the internet.
- Can you provide transport?
Transport can only be provided by prior arrangement.
